Private sessions are also referred to as 'personal training'. A specific trainings program to meet your needs will be set up during an intake session with your personal trainer, ensuring the training program is specific to your needs. If you are rehabilitating after an injury, would like to enhance your body posture or you like to focus on your coordination and concentration....... then we recommend the private sessions.
Private lessons make use of the specifically Pilates designed exercise "apparatus".
Due to the summer holidays, we will be closed from Sunday 29 of July until 26 of August 2017. We will start our classes on Monday 27 of August 2017.
