Private sessions are also referred to as 'personal training'. A specific trainings program to meet your needs will be set up during an intake session with your personal trainer, ensuring the training program is specific to your needs. If you are rehabilitating after an injury, would like to enhance your body posture or you like to focus on your coordination and concentration....... then we recommend the private sessions.
Private lessons make use of the specifically Pilates designed exercise "apparatus".
We are starting a new mat class on Friday 1:00pm (beginners/intermediate). If you are interested, please contact Catarina Palma.
We also have some place on the Monday 18:15, Thursday 19:45, Wednesday 19:30 and Saturday 10:45 mat classes.
