Catarina Palma
Catarina Palma has had a diverse and accomplished career. She spent 15 years as a professional classical dancer, performing with various dance companies in Europe. In addition to her dance career, she holds a master's degree in human motricity from Lisbon University. Catarina's journey with the Pilates Method began in 1994. She underwent apprenticeship and training with Master Romana Kryzanowska at the New York Pilates Center earning her certification as a Pilates instructor in 2000.
As a Pilates teacher, Catarina has shared her expertise in various international capitals, including Berlin, Vienna, Lisbon, New York, and Bengaluru.
From 2002 to 2006, she operated her own Pilates studio within a medical center in The Hague, collaborating with doctors and physiotherapists.
In late 2006, Catarina Palma opened the "Pilates Studio - Palma Personal Training" located at Weissenbruchstraat 35 in The Hague's Benoordenhout neighborhood.
