Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic freelance Pilates Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a thorough knowledge of the authentic Pilates method and is certified to teach both mat and equipment classes to beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels. As a Pilates Trainer, you will be responsible for leading effective and engaging Pilates sessions that meet the needs and goals of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching Pilates classes for various levels (beginners, intermediate, and advanced) on both mat and equipment (Reformer, Cadilac, Barrel, High Chair, Wunda chair, Wall Unit, Spine Corrector).
- Ensuring a safe and effective workout for all participants, taking into account individual needs and any injuries.
- Motivating and guiding participants to achieve their specific goals.
- Providing a positive and supportive class environment.
- Contributing to the development and growth of the Pilates program within our company.
Requirements:
- Certification in classical/authentic Pilates, with extensive knowledge of both mat and equipment classes.
- Experience teaching at different levels, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced.
- Proficiency in the English language. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively motivate and give instructions to a diverse group of participants.
- Flexibility in working hours, as class schedules may vary.
- Able to create a positive and supportive atmosphere in the classroom.
- Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
