Group Mat Classes
We have 3 different levels of mat classes: Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced, as we value personal attention we have only maximum 9 to 10 people in each class. Here we will work on floor exercises on mats and we will make use of the power circle and the Pilates ball to strengthen the core of your body. If you would like to make use of the Pilates equipment, then you can choose to do a Private class or one of the Duo, Trio & Quartet classes
Like in the private, duo, trio and quartet classes, the Pilates exercises on the mat are also focused on the "powerhouse". The powerhouse is the area of your body that extend from the bottom of your ribs all the way to your hip line. It includes the abdominal muscles, low back muscles, pelvic floor, muscles around the hips, and the glutes (butt muscles). It is the powerhouse that gives you energy, stability, strength, and control. There are more than 500 exercises. These exercises should be performed in a flow and with precision for optimal effect.
