Pilates Private Classes

Private sessions, also known as 'personal training,' provide a customized training program tailored to your specific needs. During an intake session with your personal trainer, your training program is carefully designed to address your individual goals. If you are recovering from an injury, aiming to improve your posture, or seeking to enhance coordination and concentration, private sessions are highly recommended.

Private lessons utilize specialized Pilates exercise "apparatus".

Pilates exercises primarily target the "powerhouse," an area extending from the bottom of your ribs to your hip line. This region includes the abdominal muscles, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hip muscles, and glutes (buttock muscles). Strengthening the powerhouse provides you with energy, stability, strength, and control. The equipment used in these sessions provides resistance to your movements, requiring engagement of your core and deep muscles. To achieve optimal results, these exercises should be performed with fluidity and precision.

For individuals at the "intermediate level," there is also the option to participate in duo, trio or quartet classes. It is crucial that your partners have a similar skill level to ensure a productive session.
