Pilates Duo, Trio en Quartet Classes
If you already are t an intermediate level, you can choose for a duet or trio session instead of a private session. It is important that your partner(s) is/are on the same level as you.
During the duet or trio sessions, we will make use of all the specifically designed exercise apparatus.
The Pilates exercises are mainly focused on the "powerhouse". The powerhouse is the area of your body that goes from the bottom of your ribs all the way to your hip line. It includes the abdominal muscles, low back muscles, pelvic floor, muscles around the hips, and the glutes (butt muscles). It is the powerhouse that gives you the energy, stability, strength, and control. The equipment offers resistance to your movements so you have to use your core and deep muscles. The exercises should be performed in a flow and with precision for optimal effect.
