If you have already an intermediate level, you can choose for a duet or trio session instead of a private session. It is important that your partner(s) is/are on the same level as you.
During the duet or trio sessions, we will make use of all the specifically designed exercise apparatus.
The Pilates exercises are mainly focused on the "powerhouse". The powerhouse is the area of your body that goes from the bottom of your ribs all the way to your hip line. It includes the abdominal muscles, low back muscles, pelvic floor, muscles around the hips, and the glutes (butt muscles). It is the powerhouse that gives you the energy, stability, strength, and control.
We are starting a new mat class on Friday 1:00pm (beginners/intermediate). If you are interested, please contact Catarina Palma.
We also have some place on the Monday 18:15, Wednesday 19:30 and Saturday 10:45 mat classes.
